Maybe it is modern life, maybe it is a need as old as humanity itself; we crave the silent mind. Shabbat is a weekly structure for the Jewish people to use as a tool to cultivate peace of mind.
Exploring the philosophy of Zen Buddhism and new Jewish music, Rabbi Kolton will lead the congregation in a special Shabbat towards peace of mind and personal invigoration.
